Shipping

I offer worldwide shipping and all shipping is calculated by weight and sent via AnPost Standard Post. 

Order processing times do vary but in general I aim to ship within 3 - 4 working days of placing your order online via this website. 

Usually orders are delivered 1 - 3 working days after being dispatched. However during busy times shipping may take longer so please allow up to 7 working days during these times.

Ireland Shipping Rates

Prices range from €2 to €9. (Shipping of Outdoor Robes is €9) 

Free shipping to Ireland for orders over €50!

United Kingdom Shipping Rates

Prices range from €5.50 for light packages up to €11.00 for heavier packages.

Worldwide Shipping Rates

Prices range from €7.00 for light packages up to €15.50 for heavier packages.

Customs and Charges

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. I cannot control and I am not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns

Unworn, unwashed items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Scrunchies cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
